Tasked with designing a new packaging for the hotels Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes in a new and unexpected method.

Problem.

Mooncake boxes can easily fall into typical motifs of the festival, and the legend of Chang’e. How do we give it a modern and elegant twist?

 

Insight.

The Ritz Carlton embraces luxury and a fashion forward personality.

 
 

Solution.

To create a packaging that is just as delectable as the mooncakes themselves, whilst promoting reusability after its initial use as a decadent statement pieces.
